Bouquet

I designed Bouquet for my Wanderlust group of fabrics for Moda Fabrics. The bright and happy colors were just begging to be used in a flower block. Using stitch & flip to create all the angles really simply makes this quilt block go together with ease.

A closer look at the blocks, and you’ll notice that the background is a mix of fabrics. I love to add interest and depth to my quilts this way, with subtle variation.  The Bouquet pattern is a fat quarter friendly with three sizes included in the pattern, baby, throw, and twin. I love making options available in my quilt patterns so that you can make the quilt that you want to make.

The video tutorial is available HERE. Watch for piecing tips, and to see how easily this block is sewn together.

My throw size quilt was pieced and quilted by me and my Baby Lock machines.

I always appreciate a fresh bouquet of flowers around the house, the breath of fresh flowers always makes me smile, much like this finished quilt.

Happy Quilting,

Amy
