I’m pretty practical in my quilting habits, I buy fabric, thread and notions as needed, BUT the Fat Quarter Shop’s Sew Sampler is so much fun to get in the mail!
Included in this month is Riley Blake’s Crayola set of solid fat quarters, the Shimmer pattern by Alison at Cluck, Cluck, Sew, Alphabitties, a 2 1/2″ square ruler – great for trimming things up, and a sweet woven ribbon for labelling any project.
The Alphabitties are a FQS product for marking all the pieces in your project as you cut. I’ve yet to use them, but they are cute, and I love to label my piles as I cut.
And trimming HST units with this little guy will be great! There’s a bunch of little extras in the box too – if you haven’t yet, you should definitely check it out.
