Hi & Welcome to the Blogger’s Quilt Festival! Everyone is welcome to view and admire the quilts, and we’d love to have you share your quilts too! No matter how long you’ve been quilting or blogging, you are welcome to share your quilts. This can be a great time to ask questions of the more experienced quilters even. Whatever you do, don’t let the beauty of what someone else has created, keep you from sharing your own project – you never know who you will inspire!
The Blogger’s Quilt Festival started because I wanted a place for bloggers to share their work, and be inspired by others all in one place! Having prizes and meeting fellow bloggers with similar interests made it even better. Over the 8 years that we’ve been sharing quilts this way the Festival has grown and evolved to what it is today, and my goal is to continue as long as you all keep participating! I love seeing all the quilts in one place and adding new to me blogs to my “must follow” list or pinterest boards of inspiration. With the changes that I’ve made this year, my hope is that you all will continue to enjoy the Festival here or on Instagram in the spring, and with my time freed up a little, I’ll be able to enjoy it along with you!
I have to thank the sponsors for their amazing prizes, and overall support of the Blogger’s Quilt Festival! I couldn’t do it without them! I hope that you all take the time to shop our “vendor mall” ;) and pick up fabric or patterns for your next project. All the images in this post, and in the sidebar, link you to their spaces online – be sure to check them out!
