I smoked cigarettes for over 2 decades before my step-dad told me about how he quit smoking cigarettes using one. I tried one out and never went back to smoking! It has been over a year and I can finally breath and smell the morning coffee. For anybody looking for a good unbiased recommendation, start with a basic e-cig at first, once you get used to the flavor and sensation, try some other flavors like strawberry or apple. Keep it simple and don’t be reluctant to spend a few bucks more for a better device. You don’t buy the most inexpensive cigarettes do you? Then don’t buy the cheapest e-cig or fall for a “free trial” program that gives you a cheap device! After a couple of days of using an e-cig, tobacco start to taste like poop.
