Modern Patchwork – Spring 2013

Thanks for the well wishes on Modern Neutrals – I just realized that my post didn’t post as I wrote it, there was lots left off!  Sorry, I had wanted to tell you more about the inspiration and let you know where you could view more information.  So I’ve updated the post, if you’d like to read more.

Modern Patchwork is in bookstores and shipping now from Interweave! I have this sewing tote patterned in the magazine, along with an article about Blogger’s Quilt Festival.

Modern Patchwork -

The tote features 7 pockets. One for blocks, that also doubles as a ironing surface on the go.  One zippered pocket with clear vinyl, for little notions.  And room for a cutting mat, rulers, rotary cutters and more in the rest!

I haven’t had the chance to put the tote to work yet, but look forward to sewing with friends soon!

Click the cover to visit Interweave and order your copy, or check your local bookstore for a copy near you!

Oh I just picked up a copy in the store yesterday, haven’t had time to look through it thoroughly, but can’t wait!

This is so strange. I picked this magazine up yesterday and brought it home. I “never” buy magazines, ever. I’d rather spend my money on fabric, but I had a 50% off one item coupon and the magazine looked interesting….
Boy was I surprised to see two quotes from moi, inside!

Thanks for putting together a great article!

And the magazine is well worth the cover price!

At this time it seems like WordPress is the best blogging platform
available right now. (from what I’ve read) Is that what you’re using on your blog?
