Oh I need motivating, there are 2 things I’d like to get done this week. A pattern review for Trish at Two Peas in a Pod which means making a bag or 2 and I’d like to make the curtains for my daughters ‘den’ over her bed…not feeling inspired right now but this will help!
I need to make some birthday presents this week! I’d like to get one bag done at least, maybe two~!
I need to finish a wedding quilt by July 10. The top is done but I’m stalled with the back and binding. But, it’s got to be finished this week, so I’ll join your challenge!
This week, I will start and finish a quilt top based on the envy block in Modern Blocks! Thanks for the motivation!

Okay, It took me long enough to get my Swoon top done. Now I need to get the back done. This challenge might just help me get there.
The book I started for my Older Grandson’s birthday which was in February!
I have eight tops in the stack to be quilted, all for charity needs. But to be realistic, I’ll say that my “absolutely have to” goal is two of them. Hopefully I’ll get them all done, though!!
I need to finish a friend’s dress.

I would like to finish the back of my Tokyo subway map quilt. The top was finished last night (yay!) and I have a date with a long arm machine next week so I definitely need the back finished this week.
I leave town Wednesday morning but perhaps I can get some strip piecing for my halloween quilt started.

I have a stack of batiks that I plan to piece into a quilt top using the Crazy Nine Patch Lattice Quilt and Block Tutorial from oh Fransson!
this week i would like to get my quilt top blocked, that back sewed and then sandwich the quilt…ready for quilting….maybe even get the quilt under the machine and start
I would love to layout my ugly fabric challenge blocks and at least sew the rows. When I lay out blocks I seem to fuss with them a lot before I find an arrangement I like.

I’m in! I want to make the backing for my Hudson’s Bay point blanket quilt this week.
Last night I started a small purse for my family trip to Disneyland next week (so it must be done by Saturday!). Great challenge! :)

Two goals really – the first one is to finish a toddler quilt I began earlier this year; the second is to finalize a pattern decision and begin cutting another quilt destined for under a grandson’s Christmas tree.
Motivation is a good thing! I feel so overwhelmed with options lately, I am paralyzed by indecision. I think my goal for the week is going to be catching up on my Harrington & Hannah BOM– I’ve got May and June blocks to do. Woo!
I need motivation, too! This is great! I am working on a wedding gift for friends who are coming to visit on the 17th my goal is to have the quilt put together and basted (if not quilted… Stretch goal!) in the next week. Thanks for the motivation!
I’d like to get at least half way through the hand quilting on my queen sized quilt. Right now I’m at 2 of 16 blocks, I’d love to be at 8 next week! Thanks for the push, I love the one week challenges.

I want to finish two little boy shirts and start a third this week.
I have a stack of fat quarters that needs to be pressed and cut into triangles. That’s all I’m shooting for this week, as most of the week is going to be spent at my parents’ house and they frown on me bringing my projects with me!
I hope to quilt and bind a baby quilt that I just finished piecing. This is a great challenge, kind of like Weight Watchers, keeps you honest! Haha.
I’ll go with finishing up the June stitchery for the Promises & Borders BOM.
My goal for this week is to piece the top to the tree skirt quilt that I am making for my son and daughter inlaw. Finished there drapes last week it was a nightmare but complete.
My goal this week is to machine sew the binding on my daughter’s college quilt so I can then take my sewing machine in for a tune-up!
I have 48 granny square blocks for swap that just need background squares added. My goal is to get those done and sent out.

I have only made 3 out of the 9 blocks for my Swoon quilt and I would really like to try and sew up another block (or two) because then I am {almost} halfway!
I would like to get one (or maybe two) purses done by the 11th July so I can enter the Pursepalooza over on Sew Sweetness… That is my goal :)
This is just the kind of challenge I need! I plan to have the two cushion covers I just started, finished, including all the hand stitching.
My goal for this week is to finish piecing 4 placemats I am making for my MILs 87th birthday (Yes, you have read correct… mother-in-laws!! My husband’s mother has a twin sister and they really come as a pair! Two for the price of one!)

Goal…mmm…Bind two S.C.A.N. (Stop Child Abuse Now) quilts for next Tuesday’s MQG meeting. A bonus would be to paint the barn quilt for Dad’s birthday.

I attention has been diverted for the last month and I need to get motivated again. I think if I can get my studio straightened up and organized, I can get to finishing a few projects. First on the list is to put together some IKEA furniture for my studio, second is to bind a twister quilt, third is to work on my block for the Quilt Con challenge. This list should keep me busy for a while.
