Morning Glory in Sunday Drive
I had so much fun making this Morning Glory quilt top in Pat Sloan’s new Sunday Drive fabrics. I opted to use some of her batiks, and love the outcome! Pat’s Sunday Drive collection has just the right mix of navy, red, grey, aqua and neutral blenders for backgrounds too.
The two blocks used to make the Morning Glory quilt are simple and straight forward – and I love the way they set together in the quilt top!
Morning Glory is a fun and simple quilt to make, with lots of fun possibilities. There’s a group of bloggers that have made the quilt up to inspire you to make it your own, or grab the kit HERE and get started right away! The pattern includes multiple sizes too, so you can make the quilt the size you like best!
I hope your Monday is off to a great start!
Happy Quilting –
Amy
Amy I LOVE the combination you used!!
Simply beautiful
Hi, the way your blocks look with Pat’s material is beautiful. Love this color combination.
I love your mini quilt: especially how you made the aqua diagonal go one way, and the navy go the other. I have that quilt pattern, and I think I’ll be taking your lead on that great idea!! Hugs, H
