My Dimensions quilt pattern has been one of my best sellers since I started doing individual patterns – it’s simple, but very dynamic, and easy to customize for anyone on your gift list! Of course it can be done in prints or solids, and any color palette that you choose.

I made this in various shades of aqua from the Bella group. Here’s a better look at the individual colors:

Bella’s used: 9900-110 dark teal, -235 blue chill, -191 seafood, -263 spray, -34 aqua, -169 ruby ice

I decided to quilt it with a geometric all over pattern. I like how it compliments the simple piecing. The most challenging part of this quilt is keeping the hourglass blocks in the right direction! I realized my error as I finished sewing the quilt top together the first time…I unpicked the row, the blocks, starched them again, and sewed everything back together. About an hour or so extra sewing but all part of the process.
