If you’ve listened to the most recent Quiltcast, you know that I had a little bit of a freak out moment last week! I looked at my calendar of deadlines, and realized that I had a number of little projects to get finished, and a couple secret projects to start. So I spent three days sewing like mad, and took this pile of pieces –
to a finished blocks, and eventually –
a finished quilt top!
I still need a great pic of the entire quilt, it’s been rainy. Rain on top of snow is a big mess…so I’ve been organizing the inside spaces, as well.
I always find I’m more able to focus on my projects, when I can find, what I need, when I need it!
I’ve been collecting fabrics for a couple upcoming projects. That bundle on top, is a new Momo line that looks a lot like her first – Wonderland! Look for that this summer it’s called – Avant Garden.
More great neutrals from Robert Kaufman too! Can’t wait to share what I’ve got planned for these!
I hope you have a great weekend! I’ll be spending it with the family, and quite possibly cutting some fabric ;)

It looks like a great quilt….. I like the somewhat muted colors. Like an old Scandinavian design. And thanks for the notification on the new fabric line. I started quilting too late to get my hands on her first line. This time I will be prepared :)
Your quilt top is just amazing! So much piecing. Have a great week end. I’m on a little road trip so plan to pick up some new stash ; )
What a beautiful quilt. Those new fabrics are wonderful. Can’t wait to see what comes of them.
