I’m looking over my shoulder for her too! She’s not here and I have the stack of dirty dishes, and laundry to prove it! Let’s be completely honest, there’s no such thing as a supermom — myself included.

With everything that I’ve done over the last year, my family has been my first priority, but over the last month, since the Sewing Summit, I’ve realized that I had taken on too much.  Opportunities that have found me recently, and others that I have pursued, I decided that I’m not able to keep up with everything, and be present for my kids.

After much discussion with Joe, and thought, I decided to leave the planning of the Sewing Summit to Erin.  It’s been a HARD decision to come to, and not at all taken lightly, the Sewing Summit has been dream, and dream come true.  In the end, I know it’s right for me and our family.  However, you will still hear about The Sewing Summit here,  and I am planning to attend in the future.

So, in case you thought I was SuperMom, I’m here to tell you that I’m not!

I gotta run and switch the laundry, what are you up to today?

Blessings ~ Amy
